These were actually first time buyers who will benefit from the tax break…which by the way has been extended.2.556-558 Roosevelt…first time buyers again…and a very lovely and interesting couple.Boy they lucked out…two units for 770,000 in Corona Hts.3..394 Joost …On this one I represented the seller…and after painting, sanding, new appliances, paining the rear,putting in a new water heater, fixing the plumbing and new sheet rock…as well as refinishing the floors…we got three offers and sold at $616,000….oooover asking.
