THE MARKET IS BACKKKKKKK….OH MY!!!

Yes folks…I haven’t experienced anything like this in …2 years.We got 7 offers on Dorland st…and it sold for $70,000 over…that would be a two bedroom 1150 sq ft condo for 765,000….did I add it was tenant occ.Also my buyers put in an offer on a bungalow in Ingleside Terrace….15…count them 15 0ffers! Unbelievable…Of course my guys had the winning ticket…it is about time the banks caught up to waht is happening in our little town of San Francisco.
