About Lynne

Lynne Jassem has been selling real estate in San Francisco for 18 years, and still manages to maintain her sense of humor and charm!
She is the Queen of TIC sales and has reigned supreme helping both buyers and sellers get into what can, at times, seem a complex transaction in a daunting market.
TICs have become increasingly popular and desirable, due to their price point in an inflated market (Yes, the market in San Francisco continues to be inflated, even as the bubble is bursting in the rest of the country).
Lynne obtained her BA in Philosophy from the University of Miami and her MA in Theater Education from NYU. All this has been great preparation for her career in Real Estate! She can offer an existentialist analysis of the basic human drive towards home ownership while waltzing you gracefully through the process!
Lynne’s professional life has revolved around theater and dance since the age of 10, when she was a Como-ette on the Perry Como show. She has danced with Gregory Hines on PBS and appeared with Tommy Tune and Luciano Pavarotti.
After several years touring Europe with her one-woman show, she decided to devote her energies to a new career, moving to San Francisco from New York, in pursuit of a new, west coast dream.
Who knew she would soon turn into a Real Estate Top Producer!
