Yes folks…I haven’t experienced anything like this in …2 years.We got 7 offers on Dorland st…and it sold for $70,000 over…that would be a two bedroom 1150 sq ft condo for 765,000….did I add it was tenant occ.Also my buyers put in an offer on a bungalow in Ingleside Terrace….15…count them 15 0ffers!
